Data Deletion

This page explains how to remove the data CriterionIQ (a product of Last Best Digital LLC) holds about you and how to revoke our access to any advertising or social accounts you have connected — including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and Google. It supplements the rights described in our Privacy Policy.
1. What data we hold when you connect a platform
When you connect an account through a platform's official login (for example, Meta via Facebook Login), we store, on your behalf and to provide the Service:
- the access token that authorizes CriterionIQ to call that platform's API;
- the list of assets you granted access to — such as Facebook Pages, Instagram business accounts, ad accounts, and business assets;
- the data we retrieve to provide the Service — such as Page and Instagram content and insights (posts, media, engagement, reach, impressions) and ad account reporting; and
- internally computed aggregations and reports derived from the above.
2. How to revoke access and request deletion
You have two ways to do this, and you can use both:
Option A — Remove CriterionIQ from the platform (revokes access)
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram): go to Facebook
Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations(orApps and Websites), select CriterionIQ, and choose Remove. This immediately revokes our ability to access your Meta data going forward. - For other platforms, remove or disconnect CriterionIQ in that platform's connected-apps or business-integration settings.
Option B — Ask us to erase the stored data
Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account with the subject "Data deletion request". Please include:
- the account or company name you use with CriterionIQ; and
- which connected platform(s) the request covers (or "all" to remove everything we hold).
3. What we delete
On a verified request we delete the stored access token, the connected-asset records, and the platform data and derived reports associated with your account. Removing CriterionIQ from a platform (Option A) revokes future access; sending a deletion request (Option B) erases what we have already stored. We may retain a minimal record of the request itself, and any data we are required to keep for legal, security, or accounting purposes, for as long as the law requires.
4. Timeline
We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm by email once the data has been removed.
